This course empowers professionals to work smarter and faster across the apps they use every day. Participants learn how to craft high€‘quality prompts, use Copilot confidently and securely, and apply its capabilities across Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and real-world business scenarios.
This half day course is designed for M365 users they dont have a full Copilot license - there is still so much you can do using Copilot within the Microsoft Applications.
There are no pre-requisites for this course.
The course builds practical skills€”like summarising information, generating documents and presentations, analysing data, and improving meetings€”while also strengthening broader competencies such as clear communication, productivity, and decision€‘making.
By the end, learners leave with repeatable prompt patterns, best practices, and hands€‘on experience they can immediately apply in their role.
